About Mujeebuddin Mohammed

As a Global Business System Owner at Novartis India, I am responsible for establishing and maintaining the operation and validated state of two global applications that support quality IT systems for the pharmaceutical industry. With over 15 years of experience in different domains, such as simplifications, digitalization, project management, qualifications and validations, quality control, analytical R&D, and stability testing, I have developed a strong expertise in computer systems validation, system governance, and laboratory software. I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency, compliance, and quality of the processes and products in my field. I have a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and I have successfully collaborated with global colleagues to develop harmonized computer systems validation lifecycle management systems and IT system governance. I have also played a lead role in managing GMP and quality in my team, handling deviations and CAPAs, preparing and reviewing protocols and reports, and monitoring and sharing KPIs. My goal is to continue to drive the digitalization and simplification of quality IT systems at Novartis India and contribute to the organization's mission of reimagining medicine.
