As a Housekeeping Assistant at InterContinental Doha The City, I provide outstanding guest service and ensure the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and public areas. I work with a diverse and multicultural team of colleagues and supervisors, and I communicate effectively with them and the guests in spoken English. I also follow the safety and hygiene protocols and standards of the hotel and the brand. I have more than five years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Housekeeping Assistant at Taj Hotels and Holiday Inn Chandigarh Panchkula before joining InterContinental. I have developed my skills in hospitality service, training and development, and quality management through these roles. I have also contributed to the achievement of business objectives and guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality service within the time frame and budget. I am looking to explore my abilities and grow my career by taking on challenging roles and responsibilities in the hospitality sector.
