About Murray Clarke
I'm Murray Clarke, a recruitment leader/advisor/partner with a career in the enterprise technology space in Japan and Asia-Pacific. I am originally from New Zealand but spent the majority of my career in Tokyo. The first chapter of my career has been building other people's companies: 2nd hire and leader at Boyd & Moore, which grew to 200+ currently; senior leader at RGF Executive during transition from CDS. Both companies have had successful exits. Those experiences bookended a couple of years at VMware Japan, helping build the technical and emerging solutions divisions (now Tanzu); also building the vCloud team around the region. The next chapter was building my own company with a successful exit after 5 years.This time I am partnered with a CTO to build a multi-tenant AI-powered platform for independent recruiters and boutiques - including ourselves as we prove that it works!
