Responsible for production planning, timely execution and supervision of manufacturing activities by following the EHS. Achieve the production targets and dispatch targets by maintaining budgeted consumption norms and targeted yield with Good Quality and Safety. Identifying safety needs during operations of the process and training on awareness of safety precautions and MSDS of raw materials etc. Preparing, planning the suitable equipments and reviewing the BPR’s, Quality & Safety Risk assessment based on DR received from R&D. Preparation and Review of validation protocol reports like Process Validation, Cleaning Validation and drying validation. Responsible to generate monthly reports, including monthly reconciliation of raw material, Intermediates and finished product. Identifying capacity limitations and process problems, optimization of process parameters, timings, and Process Stabilization in commercial Scale. Responsible for scale up of new API’s and its intermediates from Pilot scale to large commercial scale. Responsible and ensure for the quality monitoring, time cycles, troubleshooting. Responsible for effective utilization of Manpower and Machine runs for enhancing the Productivity. Providing training time to time for upgrading the GMP and technical skills to the team to overcome from noncompliance issues and for smooth production functioning. Reporting, evaluation and investigation of critical and unplanned Deviations. Evaluate proposed changes in product, process or equipment through Change Control.
