I am an experienced Business Intelligence Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. As a Business Intelligence Officer, my role is key to linking and improving the information provided by Business Intelligence with that used and needed by operational teams and senior managers, primarily within Education and Children's Services. Some of my activities consist of- Collating, analysing and disseminating intelligence- Providing support to senior Business Intelligence officers within the team- Contribute to the delivery of specific projects- Support services, directorates and partners across the county council in order to use relevant information- Develop the web platform to ensure it contains the most up-to-date data and intelligence available- Facilitate joint working arrangements between Business Intelligence and other services to ensure delivery of data and intelligence. As well as this, I am also a highly skilled professional in all Microsoft Packages (Excel, Word, Publisher, Access, Outlook, PowerBI, Teams), Customer Service, Data Analysis using various tools as well as SQL, and project building. I am a strong information technology professional with a Bachelor of Science - BSc focused in Computing from The University of Bolton of which I gained experience and projects in developing websites (using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP), databases (Sql, MySql), software (Java, Ruby), apps (Python), games (JavaScript), data analyses (Python), networks, systems analyses, MIS, etc.
