About Myla Parke

I am an editor who works with authors in various fields of study and genres to prepare their best work for publication. I have edited works of religion, philosophy, women’s studies, memoir, drama, fiction, non-fiction, and others. I offer substantive editing, copy editing, proofreading, and indexing services. I graduated from Brigham Young University with a major in English and minor in editing in December 2021. Through my professional training and work, I have gained invaluable editing experience with the publication process and developed a sharp eye for details that are often overlooked. I have been mentored by seasoned editors and have developed professional skills to help authors of all backgrounds. I have worked with scholars, executive directors, company-wide publications, and amateur authors to accomplish one mission: communicate important messages clearly to improve processes, thinking, and quality of life.
