About N. Marrico Wright

Marrico Wright is a senior business leader with 15+ years of experience advising executive teams and building or transforming finance and revenue organizations to help businesses get to the next level. He brings a commercial mindset and business-centric approach to defining and achieving strategic, financial, and operational objectives. Marrico has demonstrated professional agility several times – going from public to private equity environments, from banking technology to the USA’s most complex commercial construction project to SaaS and professional services firms, and managing budgets from tens-of-millions to several billion dollars. He also has led global teams ranging from 2 to 40 people. Currently, Marrico serves as the Chief Revenue Office at AlphaStaff, a privately held human capital management firm aimed at helping organizations of all sizes deliver actionable HR and business solutions. Prior to joining AlphaStaff, Marrico served as the Head of Commercial (Sales/Revenue) Finance, Treasurer, and Investor Relations Lead at Press Ganey Forsta, a several hundred-million-USD, private equity backed SaaS business. He also held two CFO roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. – one in investment banking technology and one in real estate – as well as global strategy and transformational finance roles at Citi pre and post the 2008 financial crisis. Marrico graduated from the University of Miami School of Business with minors in Computer Information Systems and International Relations. He is a founding member of the University of Miami Young Alumni Leadership Council and passionate mentor.
