About Nabakumar Dutta

I possess over thirteen years of extensive experience in development sector, complemented by the attainment of Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) degrees from Dhaka University, Bangladesh. My current role entails serving as the Senior Manager of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) at BRAC International. Prior to this, I held various positions within different national NGOs and research agencies. While my primary areas of expertise revolve around gender and diversity inclusion, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), human rights, social and behavior change communication, policy advocacy, and early childhood development (ECD), I have also honed my skills in capacity development, project and personnel management, resource mobilization, research, as well as policy and strategy development. My fervent dedication lies in contributing to the movement towards creating a world characterized by equity, where each individual is afforded an equitable opportunity to explore their potential and thrive.
