13+ years experience working as a development practitioner- Experienced in counter trafficking, program management, local governance, social mobilization, capacity development, and policy advocacy. My expertise in communication and knowledge management includes designing and developing awareness events, materials and toolkit for mass awareness and behavior change campaigns, working with media, liaising with local communities, business leaders, consortium partners, donor agencies, academics, government, local and national policy makers through presentations and advocacy meetings. I am experienced in managing grants, engaging local NGO staff in strategic planning to initiate local level watch groups and conduct cluster forums, participatory citizen dialogues and debate sessions. I have experience supporting planning and execution of social surveys, needs assessments and analysis. As a skilled trainer, I have overseen and managed training programs and executed trainings and mentoring of journalists, volunteers, students, school teachers, interns, transport workers, single women, youth clubs, religious and local leaders, CBOs and NGOs.
