I always knew that I wanted to be a a Pastry Chef and work in kitchens, so in preparation I started a small personal food blog to record and develope my skils and started a cookie business at around 14.When I finished secondary school I went off to Westminster Kingsway College and enrolled in their Professional Chef Diploma, where in my third and final year I would be awarded Best Brasserie student and afforded the opportunity to visit The Republic of Korea as part of the turing program.In my last few months of study I started working for Barrafina in there Dean street location as their pastry chef, where a stayed for a year before moving on to Daisy/Beany greens production kitchen.
