I am a renewable energy engineer with over eight years of experience in the field of energy. I have worked on various projects and publications that focus on the design, implementation, and evaluation of renewable energy solutions for expanding electricity access and clean cooking in developing countries, as well as strengthening the linkages between renewable energy and other sectors, such as agriculture, and water, I have also conducted technical and economic analyses of renewable energy projects, using computer modeling software and energy production estimates. I have a strong background and interest in the global energy transition and the role of renewable energy in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Agreement on climate change. I have collaborated with various stakeholders, such as policymakers, regulators, utilities, developers, financiers, communities, consumers, and international organizations, to provide policy advice and support for creating an enabling environment for investment and growth in renewables. I am passionate about advancing the adoption and sustainable use of all forms of renewable energy and contributing to a low-carbon and resilient future.
