About Namrata Verma

As the founder of Echo Academy, I have dedicated myself to cultivating a dynamic space for dance and music education while inspiring others through fitness and personal growth. My journey has been enriched by diverse professional experiences, including my background in fashion design and visual merchandising. After graduating from the National Institute of Fashion Designing, I honed my skills as a visual merchandiser at Central,Pantaloons, where I developed a keen eye for aesthetics, branding, and customer engagement. Transitioning from fashion to fitness, I applied my creative and organizational abilities to building a successful fitness and dance studio. With over two decades of dynamic experience across the fitness and retail industries, I’ve had the privilege of leading high-energy Zumba, BollyBeats, and mixtape dance sessions, where I inspire joy and promote wellness among my clients. My leadership extends far beyond the studio—I have organized and hosted significant events, including Echo Academy’s annual showcase, which highlights diverse talent and creativity. Additionally, I have had the honor of hosting international presenters, orchestrating the largest Zumba instructor meet in Bangalore, and leading marathon warmups both in India and globally. My leadership journey is complemented by a strong focus on community building, particularly through collaborating with inspiring individuals and families. As a proud mom and advocate for holistic health, I aim to empower others in their fitness journeys while contributing to the development of the next generation.
