About Nancy Fondaco

Experienced Annual Fund Officer with specialties in direct marketing, budgeting, development strategy and data analysis, and The Raiser’s Edge CRM. Most recently, I worked for The Seeing Eye, America's premiere guide dog school located in Morristown, NJ where I served as the Annual Fund and Membership Officer. My emphasis was on direct mail and partnering with the digital marketing team for a multi-channel outreach to grow our constituent base. One of my proudest recent accomplishments was in working to establish a sustainer program, Paw Partners, which continues to significantly increase a steady and reliable revenue stream. I’m equally proud to have grown our donor acquisition program to bring exponentially more new donors into the pipeline and help to increase our mid and major donor giving program. Today, I continue to serve as a consultant to the Development team.
