Nancy Morgan is a National Security executive leader, Chief Data Officer and Advisory Board Member with 35+ years of executive level experience in the data and information technology arenas leading strategy, innovation and driving transformation. She successfully led numerous Government data and information technology initiatives including solutions across all phases of the data and project lifecycles. She has extensive experience leading major corporate change and transformation efforts to achieve corporate objectives and proven experience standing up new organizations across portfolios for data and AI strategy, data management data literacy/data acumen, digital transformation, software development, and cloud technology adoption/migration in the national security and intelligence arenas. Proven track record fostering mutually beneficial partnerships across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, US Government, Law Enforcement, and the Private Sector, and international collaboration with foreign partners. She is a champion for women in STEM/STEAM fields and developing the next generation workforce. She is a requested public speaker on topics in Data, trustworthy AI, technology, cyber, innovation and women in STEM/STEAM. Named one of the Most Influential people in Data by dataIQ100 USA in 2024.
