About Nancy Moss

After over 25 years in the SMB ERP industry, technology has evolved significantly. I started out marketing Great Plains. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Acumatica are the top SaaS ERPs I support. From my 25 years of experience, my top five skills include:1. Timely research and reporting on miscellaneous topics. This includes vendor incentives, survey platforms, promotions, and ISV research.2. Technical writing skills. I have created over 35 Standard Operating Procedures for the sales team. I have also provided content gap analysis to revise and update two customer-facing software user guides. Created and managed the Independent Software Vendor Program with 250 members for over five years. The program included gold, silver, and bronze levels and an onboarding process. Constantly learning and adapting. With technology continually evolving, there is always new software to learn and streamline my existing procedures to be more efficient. I fully embraced Microsoft Copilot and have become a regular Acumatica user.5. Prioritization. I know which tasks need to be prioritized, and I complete them first. I avoid multitasking to ensure each task is completed correctly and on time.
