About Naresh Gunda

With over 18 years of work experience in business operations, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who strives to deliver excellence and value to my customers and stakeholders. I have a strong background in manufacturing process improvement, customer relationship management, and business management, with credentials in 6Sigma and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In my most recent role as the Associate Director of Business Operations at OLX Autos, I was responsible for scaling up the assigned business by 4.5X revenue and 12X margin within two years, with just 40% increase in manpower. I led a team of over 200 employees to build the most trustworthy used cars brand in India, overseeing the operations, sales, marketing, and customer service functions across three states. I applied my skills in process improvement, data analysis, and CRM to optimize the performance, efficiency, and quality of the business processes, while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. I also collaborated with various internal and external stakeholders, including the senior management, the product team, the vendors, and the regulators, to align the business objectives and strategies with the market needs and trends.
