October – January 2010 Tokyo Electron Europe LTD Position: European Technical Specialist. Product specialist for all Europe region supporting all customers with maintenance, Troubleshooting, installations and trainings when required. December 2007- January 2010 Worked in Germany on a new CVD system and for a new project in Globalfoundries. November 2007- December 2007 As part of the installation team in Asia I’ve worked in Taiwan to start up Trias CVD machines. October 2007- November 2007 Worked in Japan on Trias CVD machines. May 2005- April 2007 Based in Germany to support full time AMD Fab36 on WET bench TEL-Expedius And Scrubbers NS300 April 2004 – May 2005 Moved to TEL WET and CVD to support UW200Z and UNITY SFD in March 2004, I’ve worked on these system in Micron FAB9, on Reneasas Alsdorf for decommission of Wet machines, on AMD fab 36 in Dresden to support EXPEDIUS 300 mm machines and in Reneasas Landshut in Munich area to install a CVD system. May 2001-March 2004 As part of a European Tokyo Electron Limited Tech Support Team for Italy Region I’ve worked in Micron Technology Avezzano supporting all machines installed on site, and also worked in ST Agrate, Atmel Rousset, Altis Paris to relocate and support the machines installed, and in Crawley to uninstall training machines. October – May 2001 Joined semiconductor equipment manufacturer Tokyo Electron Europe LTD, starting as an Field Service Engineer working with plasma etching systems. After training at Tokyo Electron, Crawley, I was Supporting Micron Fab9 in Avezzano. Good experience on the following TEL Etchers: K8500, Unity II e ( DRM ), Unity M (Both DRM & SCCM) I have 1st level course on Unity 2e, Unity M and 2nd level on Unity M, SCCM. May 1997-October Employer: Texas Instruments, first year as manufacturing, and all the rest Of the years as Equipment engineer.
