As Director of Marketing and Business Development at Lerners LLP, I lead with purpose, strategy, and a deep commitment to community impact. With over a decade of experience in brand development, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, I specialize in building marketing and business development strategies that elevate firm visibility and foster meaningful connections across diverse communities. At Lerners, I oversee a multi-million dollar marketing budget and lead a dynamic team in executing integrated campaigns across digital, video, print, and community platforms. My work includes launching firm-wide awareness initiatives, managing lead generation programs, and driving equity-focused outreach such as bursary programs and partnerships with female-led, Indigenous, Muslim, and Black community organizations. Previously, I led national sponsorship and promotional strategies at Wakefield Canada (Castrol), where I managed high-profile partnerships with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Raptors, NFL, and NASCAR. My approach blends data-driven insights with creative execution, resulting in measurable growth and long-term brand loyalty. I’m passionate about mentorship, equity, and leadership development. I serve on the board of McCormick, a long-term care facility supporting individuals with dementia, and mentor emerging Black professionals through the Onyx Initiative. I also contribute to the Canadian Marketing Association and recently facilitated the All Women L.E.A.D. program to support female-identifying professionals in advancing their careers.
