About Natalie Bui

COO of SHIFT Consulting, a DEI company working towards building anti-white supremacy education, challenging toxic workplace practices, and consulting leaders and organizations on building workplaces centered on care & accountability. I care deeply about people & culture, Asian American identity, DEI work - and its arc & pathways towards justice, and ultimately challenging traditional work norms, and building workplace justice. I'm over the "that's just the way things have been done!" or "it is what it is" and believe we can change white supremacy values through disciplined practices of radical reimagining & community care. At SHIFT, we are students in abolitionist practices, and anti-capitalist economic structures,(yes we do talk about these themes in our workshops and yes, I can be anti-capitalist while being an entrepreneur in a capitalist structure), and are passionate about building bold places and critical analysis for marginalized communities to thrive. We deeply believe there are so many different ways to build, dream, work, and care for others that we not have even dreamed of yet - and are excited to reinvent new ways to exist in workplaces.
