About Natalie Thomas

Natalie's career exists at the intersection of executive leadership, people development, and community organizing. She has over a dozen years of global experience as a nonprofit leader, executive coach, strategy consultant, adult educator, and facilitator. Natalie works as a Senior Talent Consultant at Building for Mission (BFM). BFM supports organizations to cultivate organizational structures and people practices that will spark and sustain change centered on Race, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI). Natalie was trained in leadership practices through the Leading Change Network and served as a Teaching Fellow with the network’s founder, Marshall Ganz, at the Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Executive Education School, where she co-taught courses in Leading Change, Storytelling, Community Organizing, and Action. She is trained in the Interactive Institute for Social Change’s facilitative leadership practices.
