About Natalie Wareham

I am part of the Utility Solutions team within AtkinsRealis - a market leading Design, Engineering and Project Management company. We specialize in providing clients with bespoke products and services for utility asset information. My role is focused on delivering cost and time savings through Lean process improvements to support the business to meet it's goals and objects. Using the findings from data analysis, I have been proposing fully costed solutions that support strategic decision making. Additionally, I am contributing to driving value to our customers through continuous improvement projects that improve the quality output of products. Prior to AtkinsRealis I worked within the healthcare sector. As a key holder position I was responsible for managing the team, resolving staff and patient issues satisfactory, as well as completing and reviewing care plans in line with industry standards. I have completed a Masters in Business and Management and an undergraduate degree in Social Science which underpin much of my work continuously improving internal operations and driving up customer satisfaction.
