Hi there! I am Natasha Blok, multipassionate with many hats including creator, coach and connector. Life's too short to spend it being too serious and miserable, we have a choice and we can rebel! I help build the path from disconnected, isolated and stuck to fully connected, zingy and free flowing with sparky ideas, inspiration and confidence. A true advocate of choosing 'and' over 'or' and living your life as if it's there to be enjoyed with heartfelt connections, my adventure so far has included- designing sweets for Cadbury's and teaching children how to make slime - choosing a degree creating Heston Blumenthal style blue sky concepts where we ate the results - innovating and playing with food and senses, across Africa, Australia and Europe working with leading supermarkets, universities, businesses, schools, charities and individuals - facilitating at and blogging about cutting edge sensory, art and cultural festivals- creating opportunities for adults and children to play and create again with treasure hunts, happiness tours, den building and storytelling- teaching without powerpoints in a truly playful interactive way whether the topic is tea or synaesthesia- building the confidence and wellbeing of the kind and curious with genuine affection, art, music, silliness, storytelling, laughter yoga, gibberish and coaching - getting paid to eat and share my insights in innovation - creating a four day wedding with live animals, human hungry hippos, a pineapple forest, silent disco charades, edible bubbles and a light up dress.
