About Natasha Boscic

Having started my career in supportive roles that offered a broad view of organizational dynamics, I gained valuable insight into employees’ needs across various departments. These early encounters sparked a deeper interest in the employee journey and ultimately led me to pursue a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, where I learned how targeted strategies can directly enhance the employee experience. Since then, I’ve grown into a more specialized role in Learning and Development. As an L&D Specialist, I’ve been able to directly influence employee growth by designing, coordinating, and evaluating training initiatives. This hands-on experience has deepened my understanding of how structured development programs impact retention, engagement, and overall organizational health. My current and previous roles gave me a strong foundation in cross-functional collaboration. I developed skills in communication, adaptability, and negotiation while supporting training program rollouts, working with vendors, and tracking participation and outcomes. Though I began on the implementation side, I’ve since stepped into more strategic responsibilities—using both academic and real-world knowledge to help shape learning programs that meet employees where they are and help them grow. I’m excited to continue evolving from support roles into decision-making positions within Learning and Development—where I can contribute to initiatives that not only enhance employee performance but also positively impact organizational culture.
