As the Director of Operations Management at the Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA), I have been instrumental in leading the Business Process Modernisation Programme in the public service. This initiative aims to revolutionize public service delivery by enhancing access, efficiency, and quality through comprehensive digital transformation. Under my leadership, we have successfully integrated cutting-edge technologies and streamlined processes, resulting in significant improvements in public service delivery. In my role, I have spearheaded the implementation of the Operations Management Framework within the public service. This strategic initiative involves establishing robust systems and processes designed to enhance service delivery. By driving this framework, I have successfully optimized operational efficiency, improved resource allocation, and ensured the consistent delivery of high-quality services to the public. My leadership in this capacity has been instrumental in achieving significant improvements in organizational performance and service outcomes. During my tenure at Branch GSAI, I have intermittently served as Acting Chief Director for approximately five years. In this role, I have been responsible for overseeing key strategic initiatives, managing large teams, and driving organizational change. My leadership has been pivotal in guiding the branch through complex challenges, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the achievement of critical objectives. My ability to lead effectively in this high-level position has demonstrated my capability to handle significant responsibilities and deliver exceptional results.
