About Nate Wolfson

As an entrepreneur, I’ve built and sold two companies, including leading MSP Thrive Networks. I know what it’s like in the trenches—the highs and the lows. Everything changed when I implemented Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) in my 2nd business, a complete system with simple tools that drive extraordinary results. I liked EOS so much that I decided to switch from player to coach, and sold my 2nd business to become a full-time EOS Implementer in 2015. Since then, I’ve helped 100+ entrepreneurial leadership teams get more of what they want from their businesses—faster growth, greater profit, more fun, accountable teams, and meetings that don’t suck. In 2024, I decided to add a new offering called Outgrow to my EOS practice so I could help my clients grow their revenue. As a Certified Outgrow Advisor, I help companies achieve consistent 15-30% annual revenue growth by getting all of their salespeople and customer-facing staff to increase their proactive customer outreach.
