Currently manage service operations at Kone elevator. Managing maintenance contracts, scheduling maintenance and repairs to provide the customer service that Kone elevators is known for. I have 15 years experience in a leadership roles and previosuly managed mechanical operations for Norfolk Southern Railroad. I played a vital role in helping to drive the precision railroading schedule and lowering the operating ratio to help Norfolk become more profitable. I managed about 100 employees at the locomotive and carshop facilities in Decatur. I managed a territory with over 1500 miles of rail.Experienced in problem solving, team leading, managing budgets, working with contractors, and creating a diverse and inclusive work ennvironment. I have many skills. I can do all types of construction, weld, fabricate, extensive computer electrical trouble shooting from my time as an electrician for Norfolk Southern. I am a veteran. Served 8 years as Military Police in the Army National Guard. Where I was a team leader.
