Whether it's resolving nonconformances, streamlining documentation, or leading improvement initiatives, I bring clarity and structure where it’s needed most.I’ve led multi-site efforts to harmonize quality systems across a national calibration network, directed ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation assessment activities with A2LA, and supported labs through relocations, mergers, and internal audits. From root cause analysis to preventative action, I work to make quality systems that truly support the work being done—not just satisfy checkboxes.Having completed my Master of Science in Quality Assurance from California State University Dominguez Hills, I’m committed to raising the standard of what quality looks like in practice—not just on paper.
