About Natiq Aghayev

I'm a professional 3D artist and animator specializing on stylized character animations and hard-surface scifi stuff working in game industry in Prague, Czechia. I have 10+ years of experience as professional artist and 5+ years of battle-tested team leading and management experience. Responsible for developing, driving and maintaining an original and innovative art style for the game itself as well as for preparing all kinds of game related media materials for PR and Marketing needs. Main responsibilities include art directing, planning, organizing meetings and running quarterly evaluations for the team, managing both internal and outsourced art teams and pipelines. Highly proficient in high level task management across the whole project's team and making sure all team members have clear communication between each other.
