About Neeta Murthy

It all started more than two decades ago (!) when I joined SLB as an oilfield engineer, working on offshore rigs as the only woman on board. I thoroughly relished my five years in the Arctic regions of Canada, the hot deserts of Egypt, and the insurgent-hit parts of India and Venezuela. In the 20 years since, I’ve held a variety of corporate, sales, operations, and line management roles across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia with SLB, a $120B oilfield services company. I was also fortunate to earn an MBA from Harvard Business School. Rekindle is the program I wish I’d had while navigating the corporate maze—determined, but unaware that the barriers I faced were ones that many women encounter. It’s now my life’s work to make mentorship available to women everywhere, so they can thrive in the workplace and achieve the success they so deserve.
