At Pearson, I support the development and delivery of innovative and accessible educational products and services that empower learners and educators around the world. As a Scrum Master at Pearson, I facilitate scrum ceremonies, coach and mentor the scrum team, and remove impediments to ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely solutions. I also collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other scrum masters to align the vision, roadmap, and priorities of the product backlog. I leverage my skills in CRM and sales to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, and to foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.
