About Neil Marshall

Currently working as a Functional Consultant with ADP. I have been in this current role since May 2021 and have found it a huge learning experience. I have been able to use my project management skills again and handle implementations for a range of clients. Prior to my current role, I spent four years in Managed Service at ADP, supporting clients with payroll processes, queries and resolving any issues using ADPfreedom, iHCM UK/iHCM, Streamline and most recently Celergo. I assisted clients with day to day payroll queries, data import queries, processing statutory records such as maternity, paternity, tax codes etc. and any other associated service queries they may have. Before that, I spent five years working as a Technical Manager at Performance Products Limited (Snooper). My responsibilities were to train and provide advice for their extensive range of products, going back more than 10 years in some cases, to an off-site technical support team. I provided similar support in house for four staff members before that. I was also involved with providing technical support for products and speaking directly to customers at an exhibition held at the N.E.C. in Birmingham. This was an incredibly informative and interesting experience which allowed me to get a better insight as to how consumers use these products. I was also involved with: product development, project managing, software development and implementation, product testing, software support, resolving problems, liaising with vendors to improve the products, returning goods to vendors, customer complaints, assisting with the writing of supporting user guides and maintaining the quality management system. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of a business and find that resolving problems and improving processes are definitely my strengths. I am also collaborative and a team player.
