I am a Senior Executive in Ibec, specialising in employment, industrial relations, and workforce mobility. I provide policy and regulatory guidance to companies navigating complex labour and legislative environments, ensuring they remain informed and compliant in an evolving landscape. In my role, I lead communications output for Ibec’s Employer Relations division, delivering impactful webinars, podcasts, and social media updates to keep employers ahead of regulatory change. I also represent Irish employers at the International Labour Organization (ILO), contributing to international discussions on labour standards and global workforce policy. Previously, I worked as a political advisor in the Oireachtas and in account management, equipping me with strong political, stakeholder, and client engagement skills.
