About Nella Share

I've been working in recruitment for the past 19 years and throughout that time my career has evolved. My recruitment journey started back in 2003 when I joined the UK's largest recruitment agency as a team administrator, little did I know but that first step into the professional world of work, after completing my degree, would shape the rest of my career! Over the following years I worked my way through the ranks within high street recruitment, securing my first management role in 2007. The next 7 years I focused upon creating and growing high performing teams within commercial recruitment, something I thoroughly enjoy and still do today. After 7 years with a competitor I joined MET Recruitment in 2014 to bring commercial recruitment to what was a very industrial focused business. This has probably been my biggest challenge to date as I have not only created the teams around me but grown them and our commercial client base along the way. The highlight of my career so far has been becoming a Director in 2018, this has taken my career in a whole different direction, something I have loved. I'm always keen to hear from candidates who are already in recruitment but looking for their next career move, those with no recruitment experience but a desire to join the recruitment sector and businesses that want to work with a recruitment partner not just another recruitment agency!
