Being in recruitment isn’t something that I dreamed of doing when I was a little girl (let’s face it, I don’t think it was for anyone who has got into recruitment), however I couldn’t think of doing anything else now. I am very much a people person and being able to come into work and speak to existing and new candidates / clients and help them achieve what they are looking for is just what I love. I started off working on a Commercial Temporary desk which is fast paced and very exciting. As my career progressed, I’ve been given some wonderful opportunities to be able start new projects and really show off and utilise my skills. I am now the Perms Team Manager for the Commercial sector at MET Recruitment, and I can honestly say this is home.
