I guess you could call me a seasoned recruiter but I prefer 'Recruitment Lifer' because after 20 + years I think it's safe to say I'm never getting out! I do love it though, it's all I've ever known since graduating and I still thrive on getting that client call to say 'they got the job!' there's no better feeling. In my latter years of recruitment my ultimate focus has been driving MET Recruitment's Commercial Division, my expertise in permanent recruitment and staffing services has been pivotal in promoting best practices and consultant development. Our team’s commitment to understanding our clients' unique needs has established a trusted brand within the West Midlands recruitment landscape. Specializing in new business development and candidate generation, my role is to ensure that MET Recruitment excels in connecting businesses with top talent, thus fostering lasting professional relationships. The success of our business is a testament to our strategic approach to talent acquisition and customer relationship management. I'm also a 'Recruiting Director' in the simplest of terms this means I'm in the business daily with my hands firmly still on the tools of hiring, my recruitment specialisms are: Accounts & Finance - Qualified / QBE, Senior Appointments - Director Level and Senior Management roles, HR & Procurement. Outside of those areas I have a highly trained team of consultants who can support all other hiring needs.
