Sr. Federal Solutions Engineer delivering missions-ready solutions to Department of War agencies and associated mission partners. Through leveraging deep technical knowledge in Networking, Cybersecurity, and Unified Communications with a consultative, results-driven approach, I help federal agencies solve complex challenges while meeting strict compliance and security requirements. My focus is on uncovering, designing, and closing complex solutions that are both secure and scalable, while combing technology stacks such as Metro-E, SD-WAN, MPLS, Cloud Access, and advanced cybersecurity frameworks such as NGFW, SASE, and EDR/MDR. I also support solution development throughout RFx cycles and work closely with teams navigating federal contracts like GSA EIS, MAS IT, and DISA CEG. Beyond technical delivery, I work closely with product teams and technology vendors to shape and implement new solutions that align with customer needs, organizational strategy, and cultivating into scalable offerings. I’ve led training programs that increased Sales Engineer engagement, and developed tools like Power BI dashboards that support data-driven planning, repeatable template frameworks, and advanced automation wizards leveraging IIS/Flask/Python stack to assist in order processing and deliverable creation. I prioritize building strong bridges across teams to ensure every solution is executable, scalable, and developed with end-user success in mind.
