About Nicholas Shields

I have obtained a strong work ethic from working on the family farm and working seasonally for a local wildland fire fighting crew. I have learned strong time management and working under stressful situations from being a lead line cook and managing car rental locations with Hertz. Car rental has also taught me strong customer relation skills and how to deal with difficult situations with irate customers. Hertz also gave me Management skills from managing the greater King County area with nine rental locations, and at the most, 50 employees under my management. I have gained strong sales experience through Hertz, car sales, and most recently Nexen Tire. I have been working completely independently in the field for a year now with my recent job. I have had great success in growing my brand within the western United States. I have been creating my own schedule, travel plans, plans of attack with accounts, and events to host for my clientele.
