About Nicholas Simmons

I’m a culture-driven project and operations leader with 6+ years of experience aligning people, processes, and vendors to drive results and currently wrapping up my MBA to sharpen my edge in strategic leadership and operations. From leading national transitions to streamlining operations across 75+ properties, I bring structure to chaos and clarity to complexity.I specialize in vendor strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance-driven execution, with a passion for building systems that actually support the people using them. I’ve led teams of 75+, mentored interns, negotiated with architectural and environmental vendors, and developed onboarding tools now adopted as national best practices. What drives me? Culture. I believe high-performing teams do not just happen, they’re built through clarity, trust, and strong operational foundations. If you’re building something that needs structure, scale, or someone who understands both people and process, let’s connect.
