About Nicholas Spinelli
In my 7+ years of service with the Fort Vancouver Regional Library, I have discovered a passion for serving my community. In this organization I engage in a variety of duties such as: conflict resolution, staff safety training, community outreach, and library programs including People and Stories Programming with at risk youth and incarcerated individuals. In this environment, complicated interactions often arise between staff and the public. I work towards conflict resolution by communicating organizational policies, procedures, and practices. This requires clear communication, quick thinking, creative problem solving and diplomatic negotiation. Currently, I am a Presidents Honor Roll student at Washington State University, pursuing a Bachelors Degree with a major in Human Resource Management with a certificate in Human Services Administration. I am looking forward to graduating in May 2022. I am excited to explore opportunities where I can use this training in Human Resources to help organizations and the people who work within them.
