I am detail-oriented professional with over three and a half years of experience providing comprehensive support to different types of teams and office operations. I have worked from the bottom of fast food chains and being a professional landscaper to now managing teams and people both in an office and an outdoor setting. I have a excitement for youth as well as developing others into the difference makers that they are. I have a passion for leadership to make sure teams work as a team. For me, leadership is not just about giving direction but about creating opportunities for others to lead and succeed. It brings me great joy to walk with someone one-on-one and help them discover their potential while overcome challenges, and achieving their goals. Lastly, I take pride in my relationship skills coupled with my friendly customer service skills to create a setting where people feel most comfortable and easy to talk to. My goal as a supervisor and as a subordinate is to make others feel that I am approachable and reachable at any time.
