I also led a team of 23 professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and driving continuous improvement in infrastructure management.Earlier in my career, as the National IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager at Burson Auto Parts, I managed daily operations and support of IT infrastructure, directed IT Help Desk staff and technical specialists and prepared and managed yearly infrastructure and departmental budgets.
