About Nick Harding

Energetic and passionate research and engagement professional with proven success in historical research, stakeholder and community engagement. The major focus of my research both academically and professionally has been Indigenous Australian history, conflict and colonisation and its impact on the developing world. I specialise in complex cultural and historical mapping, gathering and analysing information from multiple sources and preparing high quality reports. I am skilled in delivering engaging and informative stakeholder presentations including to Traditional Owner groups, local government, universities and project teams. I engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and have a track record of working sensitively and collaboratively with people at all levels and in complex organisational structures. I build meaningful and effective relationships and value both people and processes. My work is underpinned by an unwavering commitment to advancing the basic principles of social justice: access; equity; diversity; participation and human rights.
