It’s a world where we do more than talk—we listen, where vulnerability is not a weakness but an invitation to the discussion table. My vision is clear. I envision an organization where co-determination is deeply rooted in its foundation, where every decision is infused with an awareness of our right to exist. Co-determination is not seen as an obstacle but as a legitimate added value in the decision-making process. As a trainer, I commit myself to creating connections among people, helping them reflect on behavior, and challenging teams to discover and utilize each other’s strengths. I practice organizing co-determination with passion. I believe that well-organized co-determination is the key to a healthy organizational culture where everyone feels involved and appreciated. By developing a form that supports co-determination, I ensure that all voices are heard and that decision-making is a collective effort. Together, we are building a future where co-determination is not only valued but also celebrated as a fundamental part of our organizational identity- Ik droom van een wereld waarin iedere stem telt, waarin iedereen zich gehoord en gewaardeerd voelt. Voor mij is medezeggenschap de sleutel tot een gelijkwaardigere samenleving. Het is een wereld waarin we niet alleen spreken, maar ook luisteren - waar kwetsbaarheid geen zwakte is, maar een uitnodiging aan de gesprekstafel. Mijn visie is helder: Ik zie een organisatie voor me waar medezeggenschap diep geworteld is in haar fundament, waarbij medezeggenschap niet wordt gezien als obstakel, maar als terechte toegevoegde waarde in het besluitvormingsproces. Als trainer zet ik mij in om verbinding te maken tussen mensen, hen helpen te reflecteren op gedrag en ik daag teams uit om elkaars krachten te vinden en in te zetten. Het organiseren van medezeggenschap beoefen ik met passie. Ik geloof dat een goed georganiseerde medezeggenschap de sleutel is tot een gezonde organisatiecultuur waarin iedereen zich betrokken en gewaardeerd voelt. Het gaat niet alleen om het creëren van structuren die efficiëntie bevorderen, maar ook om het waarborgen van transparantie en openheid. Door een vorm te ontwikkelen die medezeggenschap ondersteunt, zorg ik ervoor dat alle stemmen gehoord worden en dat besluitvorming een collectieve inspanning is.
