About Nicki Carruth

As IQANZ's Managing Director, I am responsible for leadership of our fantastic team, operational management and delivery of our business plan. I also provide key account management and lead our P3M IQA team, providing project, programme and portfolio assurance to a wide range of government agencies and private sector organisations. My 16 years' experience in independent quality assurance, implementation management and project management means I understand what it's like to run projects in the real world and I bring that pragmatism to engagements with my clients. I love being able to help clients improve their project and programme management capability and seeing projects and programmes be successful is hugely satisfying. Specialties: Independent Quality Assurance - provision of advice on project and programme management practice and its contribution to project/programme success. Advice on business case development and alignment to NZ government guidelines. Project and Programme Management Framework development - provision of review and enhancement of existing or development from new of project and programme management frameworks. Project Management - provision of application development and business readiness project management.
