About Nicolas Mallet

Ingénieur diplômé en 2015 de l'ENSCBP de Bordeaux en Chimie Physique - Spécialisation Nano et Microtechnologie. Je suis organisé et à l'écoute, j'ai appris durant mes expériences professionnelles à gérer mon temps tout en prenant en compte celui de mes coéquipiers. Mon caractère consciencieux et ma curiosité scientifique m'ont permis, durant mes stages, de remplir mes objectifs en tirant profit de l'ensemble des données mises à ma disposition. Je suis actuellement en thèse au CNRS-LAAS afin de réaliser des transistors nanostructurés (< 20 nm) en utilisant une architecture novatrice à base de nanofils de matériaux J'ai choisi de travailler sur ce sujet car il me plaît et est en adéquation avec mon cursus, il a une portée applicatif et il est ancré dans les problématiques actuelles liées à la limite de miniaturisation des dispositifs électroniques. Graduated from the ENSCBP (delivering an equivalent of a chemical master degree) specialized in Nano and Microtechnologies. As a worker, I'm well organized and have the ability to listen to my coworkers. During my interships, I learnt to manage my shcedule while considering the one from my cowrokers. Thanks to my scientific curiosity and my conscientious behaviour, I manage during my internships to reach my goals by using every available information. Nowadays, I'm a PhD student at LAAS-CNRS. The subject of the PhD is to process nanotransistors (<20 nm) by using a novel achitecture based on nanowires. I have multiple interests in this work. First, it is compatible with my studies. Secondly, the work isn't only theoretical but also practical, the aim is to proove the sucess of my work on a device. Finally, this work will bring a solution to an issue we will face soon with the limit of the transistors miniaturization.
