About Nicolas Staples

With over a decade of experience in people and programme management, coupled with my role as a trade union representative, I have collaborated extensively with Directors and Human Resources on strategic initiatives involving change management, policy development, equality and diversity, organisational culture, and health and safety. As a former staff side chair, I have successfully partnered with national and regional colleagues to drive meaningful change within the organization.My work in health policy exposed me to the diverse challenges facing both the public and private sectors in relation to value for money, and enabled me to work with diverse stakeholders (both professional and lay) and national policymakers. Here I honed my skills in negotiation and mediation to help others make better strategic decisions that would affect those accessing health and social care.
