Provide both operational and strategic oversight of talent strategies and initiatives. • Works with multiple stakeholders across organizations to align with the talent strategy plan. • Manage a recruitment team of up to 15 associates across multiple locations, including talent planning, hiring, performance management, retention, coaching, team development and training. • Weekly, monthly, quarterly accountability to ensure staffing levels, process compliance and talent acquisition requirements are being achieved and adhered to. • Review end to end processes and identifies opportunities for improvement in efficiencies and overall outcomes • Managing full lifecycle recruiting for various industries, most recently in the pharma sector, focusing on Medical & Development and Commercial roles, such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Patient Centricity, Market Access • Collaborating, partnering, and fostering strong rapport and relationships with hiring managers – excellent ability to communicate the recruitment process, set expectations and be consultative about recruitment, the market, and the needs of the business
