In my role supporting clients of Employment Ontario/Ontario Works through various Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training, and Skills Development programs, I leverage my outgoing and interpersonal skills to provide career planning and employment counseling services. With over a decade of experience in the employment services sector, I am passionate about helping individuals find meaningful work and achieve their career goals. As an Employment Consultant and former Job Developer under Employment Ontario, I have honed my skills in case management, data integrity, and community partnership building. I hold a Social Service Worker diploma and several certifications, including Mental Health First Aid and Supported Employment Essentials. My experience spans promoting Employment Ontario at local job fairs, career expos, and high schools, workshop facilitation, and creating effective case plans for Ontario Works clients. I thrive on developing strong community connections and utilizing data management systems like CaMS, ES Cases and SAMS to support clients in achieving employment success. Additionally, I bring a creative edge from my background as a Videographer/Editor, with experience in media production, camera operation, and audio engineering. I am driven by my commitment to client success and a genuine interest in helping people navigate their career journeys.
