About Nigel Osborne

I'm Nigel Osborne and I've been a facility manager for 22 years.I love the technical side of Facilities Management, but I also understand the business side. So when you need someone to make a well-informed decision and do it quickly, I'm your guy. I have an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration diploma, IFMAs' FMP certification, a diploma in Project Management, and an MBA specializing in Supply Chain and Logistics. That's why my clients trust me with their projects: because I'm capable of understanding both the business and technical sides of the facilities, allowing me to make well-informed decisions and form comradery among teams. My special expertise is working in saline environments—you know how salty they can get! Working in such an environment has given me the ability to understand the effects on facilities and their maintenance needs more than most people can say they do. On top of all that? I'm self-motivated and capable of working effectively independently or as part of a team. Operating as a team lead for the past years has infused the art of forming comradery among teams into my DNA—and that's not something you see every day!
