About Nik Kroushl

A creative at heart, working at the intersection of climate finance and training/education. Prior to joining Inclusiv's Center for Resiliency and Clean Energy to support and scale green lending training programs, I spent 5 years in higher education as an instructional designer and program manager. I've had experience with a wide range of education and training initiatives - in-person and online, undergraduate to postgrad workforce, traditional course to workshop to boot camp to self-paced modules- and I take a systematic but human-centered approach, influenced by Universal Design for Learning. I wear many hats, but I thrive solving problems, creating deliverables and resources, and leveraging technology for new initiatives and process improvement. Beyond my experience in education, I had short other lives working in startup support and publishing. I am a wayfinder accustomed to road-testing new positions, functions, technology, and programs. I am especially interested in organizations that center education, racial and social justice, sustainability/climate action, LGBTQIA2S+ empowerment, and financial equity.
